Flyer: Brownfields and Community Revitalization Practice

Flyer Overview

A brownfield is a property, the expansion, redevelopment, or reuse of which may be complicated by the presence or potential presence of a hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant. The EPA estimates that there are more than 450,000 brownfields in the U.S. At Montrose, we provide integrated services to assist our clients in building successful programs to achieve their brownfield redevelopment and community revitalization goals.
