Located in Bensalem Township, PA, this 605-unit brownfield development site is situated along the Delaware River. In an effort to inject energy back into this used and abused site, Montrose instilled a genuine sense of community through creative and essential design processes.
Results
Anchoring this community to its true asset, the Delaware River, is a 9-acre waterfront park that embraces the natural environment. Included are protected, restored, and created wetlands, significant tree preservation, and a new trail system with seating and native plant landscape design
