Andrea Pedersen

As a Brownfield and Community Revitalization Specialist, Andrea has assisted with nearly 40 successful EPA Brownfield Grant applications totaling over $24M on behalf of communities throughout Washington, Alaska, California, Utah, Colorado, Texas, West Virginia, New York and Vermont. She enjoys diverse roles and responsibilities as a project/grant manager, grant writer, business development lead and program coordinator. She’s developed strong relationships with repeat clients who rely on her to secure and effectively utilize various federal, state and local funding resources to build programs and achieve their restoration and revitalization goals. Andrea also delivers a wide-array of technical services related to brownfield assessment and cleanup projects, including developing work plans, Quality Assurance Project Plans and Sampling and Analysis Plans, and overseeing grant management and compliance reporting, community engagement, site inventory/prioritization, Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessment, cleanup/reuse planning, and area-wide planning activities.
