Paul Dumas

Paul brings more than 30 years of professional experience developing skills for leadership and operations to his role as Director of Operations. Paul has focused his career on developing a scalable business for fugitive emissions leak detection and repair (LDAR) with nationwide capabilities. He has an extensive financial and business background, experience teaching skills to management including technical staff and field staff, and strong interpersonal skills for working with teams and supporting client services. His expert knowledge includes regional and federal clean air regulations, greenhouse gas & methane reporting, air permitting, and emissions reporting. He has worked with the oil & gas industry, both onshore and offshore, refineries, chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, and liquids bulk storage terminals. He holds a bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from California State University Long Beach.
