Marnie Freer, LEL

Principal, Air Permitting & Compliance

Marnie Freer has seventeen years of environmental consulting and project management experience. She is a member of the MOECC Air Practitioners Group providing technical input to the MOECC for the implementation of O. Reg. 419. The projects she has managed and conducted include emission inventory development, air dispersion modelling and air approvals, population and implantation of database systems, creation of algorithms for MSDS authoring software, TDG and WHMIS training programs, and workplace exposure monitoring. Marnie is a member of the Air and Waste Management Association, a Past Director of the Sarnia Lambton Industrial Alliance (SLIA), and holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Monitoring and Analysis from the University of Guelph.
