Stephany Lane

Stephany is responsible for leading the Advisory and Specialty Services Division of the Consulting and Engineering business segment. In this role, she leads a team of consultants and technical experts offering due diligence, compliance, sustainability, chemistry, and data solutions to Montrose’s clients. Stephany works closely with other Montrose Divisions in North America and Australia to provide cohesive and strategic risk management services.

Stephany has over 25 years of experience in a variety of executive and leadership roles in global environmental consulting/engineering firms. Her responsibilities have included strategic planning, integration, expanding services, marketing & communications, and business development.

She is based in Chicago and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Health Sciences from Ohio University.
