Steve Koenigsberg, PhD
Dr. Koenigsberg, with over three decades of environmental industry experience, is a renowned leader in remediation and environmental biotechnology. His achievements include a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association for Environmental Health & Sciences (AEHS) and recognition with a Wall Street Journal Technology Development Award. PFAS Pioneer: With over a decade of involvement in PFAS issues, he co-founded the PFAS Experts Group in 2018, assembling 70 top experts for critical debates and peer-reviewed publications. He played a pivotal role in developing the ARC process, successfully tested with Honeywell for PFAS management at a prominent New York site.
Prolific Author and Presenter: He has authored and co-authored 175+ technical articles, presentation abstracts, four books, and holds four international patents in remediation and environmental biotechnology.
