Peter Pakalnis

Principal, Emissions Testing

Peter Pakalnis is an Environmental Technologist with over twenty-five years of experience in the source testing field. Peter has managed and conducted hundreds of stack monitoring programs in numerous industrial sectors for both compliance and process testing purposes. Peter also has vast experience in conducting CEMS RATAs and is currently working with Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) technology for emission testing. Peter taught the air monitoring portion of the air monitoring course (ENVR-5006) at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario from 1996 to 2010 which is a course in the 6th semester of the Environmental Technology program. Peter is a member of various professional associations including the Source Evaluation Society, the Source Evaluation Society QSTI/QSTO Review Board, and the Fanshawe College Environmental Technology and Science Laboratory Technology – Program Cluster Advisory Team, among others. Peter holds a diploma in Environmental Technology from Fanshawe College.
