Opportunity
Previously located in Center City, Philadelphia, this renowned clothing retailer desired to relocate and expand its operations to the historic Philadelphia Navy Yard. This move marks the beginning of a redevelopment effort that may shift the way we think about urban redesign in the future.
Results
Being a historic redevelopment site, many pre-existing man-made features and utilities were incorporated in the design, and therefore had to be carefully considered throughout the process. Montrose provided geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, and construction phase services in liaison between client and contractor to keep the project running smoothly.
