She brings deep expertise in operations, strategy, and organizational leadership shaped by over two decades at a global consulting and engineering firm, where she held progressively senior leadership roles for large, complex businesses with thousands of employees and significant revenue.

Marilynn is known for her collaborative, people-first leadership style and her ability to align strategy with execution. She is passionate about building strong teams, developing future leaders, and creating cultures where people can do their best work while delivering meaningful impact for clients, communities, shareholders, and the environment. Marilynn is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE, Colorado), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
