Adrianne Griffin

Adrianne is a seasoned finance leader with over two decades of experience in senior finance roles. She currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasury at Montrose, where she continues to deliver strategic initiatives and innovative solutions that enhance financial strength and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Adrianne was the Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer at Daseke Inc, where she created compelling investment theses, restructured the treasury organization, and secured $200 million in debt financing. Her strengths lie in embracing challenging projects, optimizing organizational structures, and swiftly executing key priorities, all while cultivating effective stakeholder relationships and fostering a collaborative culture within teams. Throughout her career, Adrianne has led multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on capital market execution, organizational performance management, external communication development, international cash and liquidity management, financial planning and analysis, and insurance risk management. Adrianne holds a Master of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University and currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
