Katrina Bagwell, P.E.

Katrina Bagwell, P.E., brings over seven years of industry experience to the Montrose team where she currently serves as Principal — Dispersion Modeling. She has completed numerous environmental projects under various state and federal programs. Her areas of expertise include air permitting and compliance, emission inventories, air dispersion modeling, EPCRA 312 (Tier II) & 313 (TRI/Form R) reporting, Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention (SWPP) Plans. Katrina is a certified Professional Engineer through the state of Georgia and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
