Kevin Gill

Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Kevin Gill joined Montrose Environmental as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in 2019 and brings more than 20 years of global Human Resources accomplishments to his role.

Before joining Montrose, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Materials Handling Systems, Summit Materials and Guilford Performance Materials.  He designed and implemented Succession Planning and Leadership Development programs, which contributed to Summit’s IPO in 2015 and Guilford’s monetization in 2012.

Prior to Kevin’s private equity experiences, he held multiple HR leadership roles at Honeywell International in its Aerospace and Corporate Divisions.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and Master’s in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University.
