Designed a Hi-BTU landfill gas treatment facility for 8000 SCFM of Landfill Gas at the landfill, using membranes and amines for CO2 removal de-oxo catalyst for oxygen removal and cryogenic separation for nitrogen removal. Modified an existing Siloxane Treatment System to provide better performance and redesigned landfill gas compression system, including new gas coolers, oil coolers, and automated pressure reducing valves. Redesigned the Steam Turbine to reduce vibration and designed a new pressure equalizing bellows for the turbine exhaust. Provided extensive SCADA and PLC programming for the site.
